The United States is the greatest force for evil in the history of the world, as all too many suspect, and probably know in their hearts of darkness. Taking after Jahweh, it is hurtling the world towards global genocide, if the climate scientists are to be believed. Their careful peer-reviewed conservative estimations have been outstripped by the latest data in nearly every instance. There was a time when I was studying these matters, now well over a decade ago. Everyone worthwhile in every generation has painted the devil on the wall. Too many American Christians, despite all irrefutable evidence to the contrary, lollygag around every day in their wife beaters waiting for Jesus to deliver them. Another helping of slop from Door Dash. That goes for the rest of humanity too. They ape us, they wish they were us. Don't give a fuck, do whatever. Well, not exactly everybody, come to find out. There are still some people in the world who fight these instrumentalized values, but they are still marginal. Don't care from what direction. Ayatollah or feminist anarchist. Resistance is what is essential. Ayatollah is just another word for scholar and the one we killed was a scholar of a variety of things. A better man than the man who murdered him, that's for sure. The virtual world, where they can present themselves as something they aren't to the world, so as to distract themselves from what they are, which as often as not, is a lonely pathetic loser. Or a well-adjusted drone. Everything has it's season and we are well into autumn. Is a Renaissance possible? It's happened before, but it will be in a very specific ecological context. Regardless, in Europe and elsewhere, people aren't always so busy. Feudalism gave ordinary people a memory. In the New Zion, the New Jerusalem, the New Republic, the New Coventant, the New New New marketed boutique horseshit reigns supreme, as it always has. And always will.
